Does anyone know where the tv cable splitter is located ? or if there is one ? Is there a schematic of the cable locations anywhere ? My cable is bad from the antenna to the location under the stereo but there is only 2 cables...but 3 outlets, bedroom, stereo, and the electric cord compartment.
I imagine that there is a lot of variance between years and models, but I will take a guess.
The outlet in the electrical cord compartment is the input for cable TV. If the outlet by the Stereo has a switch on it to switch between cable and antenna, it probably has the splitter built into the back of the wall plate. At least that is a common way to do it. If not - never mind.
Regards,
Ken
If you have an plate with the tv cable connection, a 12 volt plug, and the green amplifier on the wall remove it you should see the connections there. The amplifier acts as the splitter.
