Neat old trailer from my early days. My parents rook my brother and I camping up on Lake Huron in one like that.

Thank you Ken, you should see my driveway this month, last month it was empty and now it has 8 Airstreams! They just seem to multiply I Guess, if you need a fixer upper I have several... It is a fun hobby and I enjoy the hunt.

Cute!

'56 moved way past this design - 1956 westcraft 022803

'34 was too soon; wrong roofline & wrong windows - 1934 Westcraft

'47 -- probably a longer unit with a raked back end. No jalousie window yet. Southwest Vintage Camper Association | RV Business

'47 -- more the right length. Is your's square in back or angled? http://www.thirstyreader.com/wp-cont...03/behrens.jpg

'49 -- closer to the right length. http://www.rvcentennial.org/images/g...01949%2011.jpg

I know the '64 Safari had jalousie windows (Hehr?).

Worth? Half of what it would take to make it a museum piece. But it will make somebody happy. Thanks for sharing!

My parents trailer (make ?) in the early '40s was canvas covered masonite. Many early trailers were built that way. WW2 limits on aluminum may push our trailer to a pre war model.

I am not sure, but the jalousie windows are probably an update from the originals.
