Replace or cover dented area?

Working on a 46 Spartan that's front panel below the window is scratched beyond repair also has many small dents from gravel hitting it over the years. What to do? I could drill out all the existing rivers and get a new panel cut and riveted in.
For ease of repair could I also rivet a large panel over this area just like a large patch?
What do you guys think?
The original panel was about 10ft long and wraps completely around the front under the bumper rails etc. none of those areas are really effected just right on the front area.

You could rivet a large repair panel on but in the long run it will be more work then just replacing the whole panel. You could splice in half the panel but with half new and half old you may not like the look. Also check and make sure the panel is not a compound curve. I'm not all that familiar with Spartan sheeting.
