Rodent wire damage

I had an incident where the wires behind the fuse box were damaged by rodents and started smoking. I turned off all breakers then unplugged from shore power. Entire fuse box and wires behind it have now been replaced. As well as some GFCI connections.

My questions are:
1. could the failure of the furnace motor have been caused by decreasing voltage? It had to be replaced too.
2.what do I need be sure they checked

I have a 2003 25’ Safari.

Anything is possible. It's also possible that it was "it's time" and the rodent damage was a simple coincidence. Unfortunately, you will probably never know.
