The deadbolt lock repair

I am trying to repair the lock on my 82. The original was damaged during a break-in theft, and the subsequent repair/replacement of exterior siding surrounding the door. The door unit has been a problem since that time, and recently we had a new screen door installed, which caused a multitude of problems resulting in finding the truth of the matter- that an old screen door which wobbles on its hinges is better than a new screen door that prevents the main door from closing properly, flys open on the road and puts severe pressure on the deadbolt lock.

Back to original question. Can anyone help me find the replacement for the deadbolt lock and help me figure out how to install it?

you should be able to buy a replacement deadbolt lock,
at last check around $425 through an airstream dealer...

There used to be a old guy that came to Internatioal rallies and cut down the width of regular deadbolts and installed them at a reasonable price.
