Howdy from Colorado: Welcome to these Airstream Forums. I have sold and purchased Airstream trailers on the classified section of these Forums. I have also "inspected" trailers for sale for potential buyers. We Airstreamers don't like nasty surprises. You are wise to consider a gently used coach as you can same some depreciation dollars. If you plan on keeping it forever, then a new one may be the way to go. Either way, most folks will advise you pick the size you need in the future, not the size you think you want now. Bigger is usually better, but it depends on your planned use.
Our 1986 Limited has been in the family since new. It's been 33 years and a lot of fond memories of travels here and yonder. Your new Airstream will last a very long time indeed.
David
