Location of holding tanks

I have a 1987 Excella, 32' with center bath, twin beds and dinnette. Can anyone help me determine the locations of the fresh water, black and gray holding tanks? I would really appreciate it. Also, when hooked up to city water, is there any way the fresh water tank could be filling up?

Should be easy to locate as they big black tanks under your trailer and in most cases in the center to keep weight balanced between axels. You should have a fresh water inlet that has a locking panel over it that will lead to the tank. The black water tank should be connected to the dump valve/ outlet that connects to sewer. Since fresh water is filled separately from the outside it's unlikely that water from your city water connection would get into the tank. There is a connection point that the water pump pushes water from the tank into the water system but there should be a check valve that restricts back flow. You'll probably get some great advice from someone that has the same trailer.

Finally found a leaking T connection near the drain plug by the kitchen, which was allowing water to run on top of the floor but under the carpeting until it found a low place, where it finally soaked up through the carpeting. It is unbelievable how water leaks can confuse one. I was ready to cut access holes in the floor and/or drop the belly pan and fresh water tank, which would have been simply a waste of time. Thank goodness for small miracles! Happy New Years everyone!
