I just sold my 1994 Land Yacht 34-foot diesel pusher (Spartan Chassis, 5.9 Cummins and Allison tranny plus all kinds of upgrades) - I had had it advertised for several months and decided to bite the bullet and have it sold by an auctioneer. It fetched $18,000. If your LY is on a gas chassis, you'll be lucky to get $12-15,000. Because of the poor economy, the market for used RV's is bad. People don't have the disposable income to go out and buy RV's - the retirees are on a fixed pension which means that their effective buying power is being eroded - they can't afford to make big dollar purchases.
