Good job getting home! The first thing that I would check on your stall is the electric fuel pump back near the tank. It may be on a switch in the cockpit. You should hear it running with the ignition on.

Glad to read that you, your wife, and the coach made it back home safe and sound.
Many of the motorhomes have 3 fuel filters that you may want to verify are not restricting fuel flow during high demand. The first is at and/or in the fuel tank, the second can be found along the fuel line to the carb (on my 345 it is about where the step is), and the third is just inside the carburetor housing where the fuel line attaches.

If you take a look at these gas tanks, 80gal, long flat n wide ,with an external electric fuel pump level with tank bottom, it has to suck up to top off tank then down to the pump and pushed 30ft forward. Yes filters need attention but as I have found out if tank is low on fuel say quarter or less and on a long steepish hill allows the shallow design tank to gulp air into the fuel line , we can all imagine the outcome, nightmare stuff.
I'v overcome this design fault my own way, but you could just keep tank near half full if on long hills... expensive and heavy.
