Sofa bed, dinette/bed, swivel chairs and fold out table

Looking to outfit my 78' Argosy 28' with captain's chairs (driver/front passenger), a sofa bed up front, a dinette/bed, and/or swivel chairs and a fold down table. Would love to get the original seats from the period. But I'm looking at Flexsteel and any other great idea someone can come up with.

Can anyone give me some direction on where to find these cheap, used, or new. Also looking for creative ideas. Right now there is just a big empty space behind the driver and I can fill it with any configuration.

Give Colaw's in Missouri a call. They have a lot of airstream trailers and even more sob motorhomes. There is a good chance they will have what you're looking for.

Thanks. I sent them an email and the wrote back - stop by and check out what we have. The only problem is that I'm on the West Coast. That's a long detour for a Saturday afternoon trip.

No problem, just fly you and your motorhome into Kansas City and drive down to Colaw's . Just kidding.........

You can also check with Walts RV Supplies in Fontana, 909-823-0563. He doesn't really have any Airstream parts to speak of but he does have a lot of SOB furniture in his warehouse. I think I also have a list of some RV salvage places up around the San Francisco area. I'll see if I can find the info and post it.

Hey Don, we're looking to remove the fold down sofa/bed from our classic AS MH. It has the power up & down. I can give it to you if you want to pick it up. Its showing it's age & would need to be recovered. PM me with e-mail address if interested. I'll send a couple of photos & measurements. We want to install recliners.

Whatever happened with your dinette adventures? I'm looking at a '78 Argosy 28 footer as well and it appears to have a puny dinette that folds out from the passenger side wall -- the swivel chairs appear to be missing. Do you have any pics of your dinette that I could see? I'm trying to see what can be setup to feed 5 people outside of sitting them at the couch..

I found one in San Diego and bought it. Don't have any pictures of it - a swivel dinnette set. Could seat four with a fifth on the outside. Then it turns into a couch or a bed depending on your need.

another great source is Bradd & Hall up in Elkhart Ind. For years I have purchased Flexsteel furniture from them custom made. They also have a close out site on their web page.
The furniture comes straight to the house pretty quick. They made a set of twin HD foam mattresses with a quilted top to fit the exact dimensions I needed for our 71 31' International and they fit perfectly. I had them in ten days, from ordering them to delivered. Great service.
