There are several reasons why that would be a extremely difficult to do because of how the cab shell is fabricated. Some years would be harder than others.
The two main problems I see are:
1) There is an aluminum structural cross bar that is just below the bottom of the cockpit window. That bar helps keep the cab rigid.
2) The door design would somehow have to incorporate the complete cockpit window which would make it a very large door.
Another problem is this would create a problem for some years because there is a battery sitting right beside the drivers seat.
For myself adding a door in this location is not something I would even contemplate doing. The disadvantages would far out weigh any possible advantages.
Now if you just wanted a door on the drivers side of the coach, say right behind the drivers seat then purchase an Airstream trailer entry door and place it on the drivers side. The trailer door would have the hinges in the correct orientation for having the door hinges towards the front.
