01 Bambi 19 Atwood Furnace

Hello all. Anyone know how to get the furnace out for diagnostics and service? I have removed every screw and fixture and still is not moving in any promising way. It’s an Atwood 7916 II which Worked great all last year but started to fire intermittently and now will not fire at all. I have replaced and tested electrode and circuit board. I am a getting a 3 blink fault code (ignition lockout) after three attempts. Blower works fine and all expected clicking of the gas valve happens. I now need to get it out to try other possible fixes like sail switch etc.
I am full time and it is starting to be needed nightly. Thanks.

In the hope this helps others...
With furnace still in place I was able to access And replace the burner and orifice. The burner had burnt through mesh towards the tapered end and the orifice appeared fine (not much to fail). As this was the first obviously damaged part encountered I put it all back together. It fires and cycles as it should.

The moral of the story is if you want to save some money find and replace the bad part before buying new parts. I now have a spare circuit board, electrode, sail and limit switch (~$200). I’m glad to have heat as tonight is expected to be 30 degrees though.

I would still like to know how to remove the whole unit as if the blower motor or anything deeper went out I can’t get to it. I got lucky with the fix this time. Again thanks!
