Are you referring to the "scare" light. To the right of the door?
There are screws holding the ring. Remove them and the ring and lens should come out for bulb replacement.

Or maybe he means the small 'spotlight' reading lights inside. If so, just push in and turn and it should drop out.

I apologize for using the wrong name. It's the exterior light above the door.

Off topic, I also have some outlets which aren't getting power can anyone suggest where I should start in my search for the problem?

Remove the cover of the fixture. There are 3 ? screws, the lens should come with it. Mine does not have the lens.
This light is 12 volt, the switch is inside on the right side of the door.
The outlets are 120 volt. Check the circuit breakers in the power panel.

As to which connector, the light above the door has a "BA15S" base, just a regular 1156 automotive bulb. It's a great place to put an LED bulb. My first attempt was one of the pads from LED4RV and that was unsatisfactory. It was complicated to keep it from sliding down past the lip of the door and wasting half of its light output.

I then cleaned up the interior of the cavity and sprayed it with bright-white spray paint and installed a bright, longer-than-standard LED lamp in the socket. Low battery consumption, bright light in front of the door, won't have to fiddle with that lens for many years most likely.

Thanks for the help everyone. I finally got around to chaining out the 1156 connector and added the LED bulb offered by Out Of Doors RV. I also replaced the outlets and they now all have power : ) !!!!! Saved me a ton from the RV mechanic quote.
