The Newbies Guide

We now have the Newbies Guide Book, in stock.

They cost $6.95 plus postage.

Also, they are FREE, with any purchase over $250.00, axles excepted.

Do you think the "Newbie's Guide to Airstreaming" would be of any benefit to the owner of an Airstream Interstate Class B? Or is it aimed only toward the owners of Airstream trailers?

It came with my new AS SPort 16 and is geared more toward towables. But covers a lot of things common to both. Explains things newbies (like me) are not familiar with in fairly plain language. It's a good starting point. Now I am able to make more sense out of all the owners manuals that came with my AS.

Rich Luhr, the owner of Airstream Life, authored the book.

It covers;

1. Get to know your Airstream
2. Everyday procedures.
3. Camping and traveling.
4. Checklists.
5. Simple maintenance.
6. Tips, myths and advice.
7. Jargon guide.

The book says, among other things, the following.

It's the quick way to become an expert Airstream traveler.

Great reading for newbies, as well for seasoned Airstream or Argosy owners.

98 pages of good stuff.

Andy

Thanks! After spending an hour trying to track down one of the low-point drain valves, I cheerfully accept all the help I can get!

It is published by Airstream Life magazine. You can find a complete description of what the book covers at the Airstream Life store. But honestly, Andy's price is better than mine, as long as his supplies last ...

Another way to get a free copy is to buy a new Airstream.
