Where to buy European hinges?
Called Airstream and they couldn't tell me the type of European hinges for my 2017 International Serenity; nor where to buy them.
So I need a hinge for my long interior closet door (larger). I lost a screw on the inside of one. It still is holding together by one screw. Can't find a replacement screw that size. And I want the hinge because if I lose another screw (no pun intended) I will have a problem.
So where do you get these these hinges, and what kind of hinge is on the interior closet door?
Thanks.

Your local lumberyard or hardware store may have some. Take off one of the baseplates and look for a mfg. name on the front or back [or on the hinge]. Are you close to a Home Depot? They have a good inventory usually.
https://www.homedepot.com/b/Hardware...9aZphkZ1z0jp5l
Do these "European hinges" results look familiar?
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=european+...f=nb_sb_noss_2
Are your hinges self-closing, and how far to they open in degrees? [90/120/180 etc.]
You could also post a photo, with the hinge on its base plate next to a ruler in inches.
Good luck,
Peter

I live about 75 miles from the nearest Home Depot. The problem is I can spend a lot of time messing around driving for stuff. So it isn't like I have things close at hand. Thus I buy 90% of my stuff on line. UPS has a path worn to my house. The joys of living in the boondocks. But it has pluses.
Anyway I have a call into a dealer parts person where I bought the AS. I thought if someone knew right off it would save me a lot of research and headaches. The problem with online is hard to find the exact hinge. I tried and it was frustrating. Even Airstream couldn't give me the part number. And the Airstream parts guy I called is also taking time searching for the part number. So if they are having difficulty.... oh boy.

My father in law was in the custom cabinet business. All of his cabinets used European hinges. He purchased them from Hafele https://www.hafele.com.
I am in a vintage rig. However, when I do my next remodel on her, I will be visiting these guys for my hardware.

For the hinges. Woodcraft supply. Rockler. Highland Woodworking. Woodworkers of New Mexico. You might fine the makers name on the hinges. The hinges all fit the same mounting hole so you just need to find the style ion the hinge.

Hi Daquenzer, I Googled "Airstream Cabinet Hinges" and found High Sky RV Parts. Looks like they've got just about everything and photos of parts to help select the one that matches.
https://highskyrvparts.com/New-Airst.../Cabinet-Parts
By the way, how's the Fall Color up in Door County at the moment? We stayed at Egg Harbor Campground last year at this time and it was beautiful.
Good luck!
Jeff

Waste of time going through an AS dealer IMO.
Post some photos per earlier advice, and someone will help you spec out the hinge.
Plenty of links in earlier posts -- your hinge is in there somewhere IMO.

Email Airstream at : partsinq@airstream.com. Describe and Ask for a part number. It helps if you include a photo. I’ve done this twice recently with immediate responses. Then I bought the parts from out of Door Mart. Both were obscure parts but OOD had them in stock. Good luck.

My wife and I were driving back from a trip and think the fall colors seem a bit more muted this year. But my guess is they will peak in the next week. We have a maple tree in our back yard that hasn’t turned yet. That’s very unusual. Late Spring? Who knows. The problem is we are going to get 20 to 30mph winds Friday. Not good for the leaves that are turning color. Will get blown off.

In my life before retirement, I was a studio furniture maker and worked with European style hardware regularly. I have some corrections and recommendations for some of the posts made here:
Woodworkers Supply (NM, WY, and NC) has a decent range of this kind of hardware, but my recommendation for a wider range and better customer support is Woodworkers Hardware in Minnesota. They have a good online catalog, but even more helpful telephone reps who can help you sort out whatever is needed.
There are a few variations of hinge boring patterns and styles among the major manufacturers, so be sure you are ordering the same brand as the original equipment. Otherwise, they may not be an exact replacement.

Also, Highland Hardware is the correct name of the company in Atlanta.
