I have accessed all the old copper pipes that I am replacing on my 77 24ft Argosy (rear bath ) all except the hot water heater pipes. Where do they run from the heater and if it is under the shower is there alternative route .

On my Argosy 26' the galley sink water lines ran in front of the toilet, then under the tub to get to the opposite side of the coach. When I replaced everything with PEX I pushed the hot and cold water lines around the tub following the curve of the wall. Now there are no hidden fittings since it is a continuous run.

I thought about that TG. Good to know it will work. Did you pull the old copper out or just cut it back?

I pulled it out only because I had removed the toilet and old platform and installed a new platform and toilet. It won't hurt to leave the old copper in place.

Amazing how you start a project and it builds into something bigger. Pulled the toilet and cover to look for the pipes and ended today with the sink and closet gone. Generating now accessible and a bathroom rebuilt will begin.

Interested in what you did to build the new platform. I'm thinking about doing it. Only major issue I could see is where the shower pan meets the platform, can easily make it work, not sure how pretty.

There is no shower pan in the 26' Argosy. It is a small tub right next to the toilet.
I also ripped out the old vanity and closet. The only thing original in the bath is the tub.
