How not to sell an Airstream!

I know I saw a thread about this before, but couldn't find it to attach this to. It speaks for itself! eBay Motors: 1976 Airstream 31' Fixer Upper Bargain Discount (item 330166561194 end time Sep-23-07 14:49:18 PDT)

Good grief! Reading between the lines, it sounds like the "relatives" left town owing them a couple of thousand dollars and an old Airstream. There's nothing wrong with it that a Titanium Master Card won't fix...

My guess is it's on Elk Mountain in Lake County. That'd explain a lot.

How sad for the airstream. Everytime we do something to ours I always think she feels better to have that fixed. I feel sorry for this poor girl.

It looks pretty grim.

Happily some maniac will purchase it and melt his and his wifes Titanium card bringing it back. This process will take about five years.

There will be a start to finish restoration thread that we will all enjoy.

Then after his wife leaves him in frustration there will be a new thread on fulltiming.

Yes, we have courtesy parking for you. About an hour North of Los Angeles.

Hey at least the people are honest. I got a kick out of it. That poor thing has a soul and begging to tell her story. Not sure I want to hear it though. The spices still in the cabinet pic are probably still functional.

I like the part "should be towable with a STRONG 4x4". Anyone got an 08 F-450 pickup they want to lend out for a few days???

I don't know if you'll need an F-450 or an F-14!
