2004 Land yacht Leveling pump location and fill, and leak
I have 2004 Land Yacht Gas and think I have a leveling pump leak but don't know the location of the pump nor where the fluid fill opening is. It is a Power Gear pump. (I hope it is the pump and not my transmission). It also makes a growling sound when I lower the jacks. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry i havent responded sooner. I thought others would share their knowledge, so i held off. On the y 2005 land yacht, the pump is under the hood, on the right side. It is large and is a power gear unit. The fill area is a but about 3/4" - 1" diameter head in the top half of the lower portion. This is where you fill from. The information that i have read is that power gear levelers are not the preferred system. I have replaced my keypad twice, and my main control box once. I am no expert bit i hope this helps you a month after your original inquiry. Hope you are staying safe. No issues in Vero Beach!
I have a 2003 Airstream Land Yacht/Gas and the left rear leveling jack will not go down. The pump makes a growling sound when in operation, and to me does not sound like that could be typical (sounds like motor). The pump is a Power Gear #500507 unit, does anyone have one for sell or know where to get one?
