Hi AS admins!
I'd like to request adding "Eddie Bauer" as a model to the "Airstream Trailer Forums" since it has three model years of production now (2011-2013) and the toy hauler design makes it unique enough to merit separate discussion.
What do ya think?

support for AIR Forums
Hi! I have a software/website/forum question that I would like to ask a moderator.
I logged into Airforums today and saw a message under my user name that says "Your PM box is 100% full." Then, I noticed a little button next to it that says "Support AIR Forums Get an Enhanced Account and Cool Stickers."
I guess this means that it's been a year since I enhanced my account the last time.
Would it be possible to get a "notice" when our year is almost up? (That way it could prevent any private messages from bouncing because of a suddenly full inbox.)
Maybe there's already a way to look up when our year is up and I just don't know about it.
Thanks!

Hi,
Yes we will check this out for you. Give us a few days to sort through the process.

Janet:
I have sold one of my trailers (the Argosy 22' rear door) and can't figure out how to remove it from the list that is under my name. I have gone to my page and see how I added it originally, but cannot figure out how to remove it. I see how to substitute a new one for "trailer 3", but not how to eliminate it. Can you help or do it for me? Sure appreciate all your work for the Foum.

Oops! You're right. I did have a renewal notice... and not even in my spam filter... in my Airstream folder but I just overlooked it. Sorry!

hi,
having committed to a "new to us" purchase, we've been picking through some historical threads in search of information.
have I missed it, or is there any way to show, when logged in and browsing the Forums thread listings, the Forums threads we're already subscribed to?
(this question, having manually added nearly 150 threads in the last 6 weeks!)
if no, please consider for your "new" list?
thanks!

Go to User CP. On the left is a list of links under Your Control Panel. Subscribed Threads is one of the headings.

When you make a new post to a thread it drops off the portal page for you, everyone else sees it. You won't see it again on the portal page until someone else posts to it. I have no clue why the software works this way, but it does.

You are confusing the behavior of the "New Posts" list and the Portal page.
On the Portal page if you post to a thread, it'll move to the top of the list of threads but won't be in bold-face, so you can see that you've read all of the posts in the thread. In the "New Posts" list, it'll disappear until someone else posts to it.

Mine disappear off the Portal Page, might be a browser issue.

Outdate Allowable File Types
I just attached an Excel spreadsheet to a post. To do so, I had to re-save it as an Excel 2004 format (.xls). The current file extension, .xlsx, is not valid. I see that the same is also true for Word files (.doc but not .docx). These file types have been around for 5 years now, since Office 2007.
I also don't see PowerPoint files as an allowable file in any format.
How about updating the allowable file extensions to include those currently in use?
