It does look like the Victron controller I installed for our solar has an equalizing feature at 16.2 V. I am not sure if I would get enough sun or not to do it for the 6 to 8 hours that lifeline...

Thanks. I tried turning power off to the fridge for a while via the battery disconnect switch. I checked with the meter and that removes the voltage. Unfortunately, "rebooting" didn't work.
