Our new 27FB Globetrotter came with one made by Tuft and Needle and it is glorious! Only three sleeps on it so far tho, but impressed so far.

We replaced the mattress in our 06 Safari 23D from AB Lifestyles. We have also purchased other bedding from them with great success. Here is the cover from their latest catalog. But go to the website to see all mattress sizes.

I would suggest that you visit Karen at the Mattress Factory, right there in Sacramento on 4301 Power Inn Road (916) 452-9123.
Last fall, we finally addressed the aging twin mattresses in our 2000, 25-footer. The original mattress was an innerspring mattress, which I thought were reasonably well-built. We knew from an unsatisfactory and costly experience with both a high-priced memory foam topper and a high-priced major mattress manufacturer with memory foam that we didn't want anything to do with memory foam, so the mail order bed-in-a-box was out of the question.
Karen gave us a couple of options: rebuild our existing mattress, or build a new one from the ground up. Both options were very reasonably priced, and we were able to test the end results by lying on similar mattresses that they had made in the store.
We chose to rebuild, and they came out beautifully...better than original. They had no trouble with the radius corner of the twin mattress, and the rebuild included all new quilted covers, piping, padding, and spring stiffening, etc. We're very pleased with the end result. She also suggested removable "toppers" to place on top of the mattresses, also custom-shaped to the exact shape of the bed and finished with similar quilted covering. We liked those so well that we later bought a couple of their queen-size toppers for beds at home.

We have Sleep Number mattresses at home and love them. They make an RV version (I think it is a queen) but I don't know if it will fit your trailer. We love the adjustability. Sometimes you want firm, sometimes plush.

Turns out they make all sizes.
The home size extended twins fit in our Classic 30 with some slight modifications to the bed platforms for width. We love them. Best sleep we have ever gotten in either of our two trailers and the Classic came with upgraded mattresses.

Mattress
We have a sleep number i8 at home. Love it.
For the airstream we installed a sleep number short queen radius. Perfect / exact fit for the airstream short queen platform and allows us each to have our preferred level of firmness....

I am intrigued about rebuilding the mattress. Didn't know that could be done.
We had a mattress made at Rocky Mountain mattress. They had us get the dimensions of the base through airstream and custom made it with the radial cuts. Good customer service although they did take a week longer than originally promised.

We had two twins mattress made at the Mattress Factory in Phoenix. We took the old AS to him as samples. He made our mattress to fit our firmness no springs just foam and made both with no bottom so at the start of each traveling season I switch them to the other bed so they don’t sag from us sleeping on the same position.

We have used 27' twin mattresses from our 2018 Flying Cloud available in the Calgary area. Very good condition, and free to a good home . . .
We moved up to 10" coil spring mattresses.
