Looked at the Nest and the 16' Sport recently and like the overall layout of the Nest 16U. For my needs, the functional layout and features are just right as there is more storage and counter space than the Sport.
The price.... well um, that will take a bit of time & budgeting if I decide to take the plunge on this crazy idea of trailer ownership.

I like AS a lot; however, I would suggest also considering the Casita if your looking for something the "Nest" size; it is a lot less expensive and the 17' Spirit Delux has similar layout but a little bigger wet bath I believe. We did own one for a couple years between AS #1 and AS #2...both of those were 25' AS's. We ended up getting a queen foam mattress and kept the rear convertible sleeping/dinning set up as a bed all the time. The Spirit Delux also has a 2 person dinning area. The Casita was fine for a night or two camping, but with our boxer it got "way small" when out for longer then a couple nights. Also, the Casita's typically hold their $$ value and sell pretty fast if you decide to "upsize".
