We recently purchased our first Airstream trailer! So excited, we had been camping in our Winnebago View motor home for the past several years, which has been great, but always eyeballing the Airstreams in camp. And now we have our very own!
We are planning on installing 400W of solar, 200Ah of Li-ion batteries, and a Victron inverter from AM solar. I previously installed a solar system on our View with 200W of solar, 220Ah of Trojan batteries, Bogart monitor and charge controller, and a Magnum 1000W inverter, so this will be an upgrade over that system.
I've been looking at threads and trying to decide where to install the system and am leaning heavily towards installing under the front lounge.
Appreciate any thoughts or recommendations based on your experiences.
