1967 Airstream Overlander 26ft.
This trailer has been completely restored by a professional restoration company in Texas. The trailer was gutted and the frame was inspected, strengthened & painted. New floor decking installed with Marmoleum Bambo flooring, new insulation, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new fresh water tank, grey & black tanks, 2-new Fantastic Fans, new Carrier air-conditioner, new ducted heat, new 8-cubic ft. refrigerator, new 2-burner cook top, 2-new 30# propane bottles & gas lines, Alpine Stereo with JBL 6x9 speakers, the works all replaced with new components. Then adding a 100-watt solar panel, new axles and new Zip-Dee awning, which was completed by Windish RV in Denver, CO.
This is a great vintage touring trailer with a restoration which was completed a couple of years ago. A Yellowstone motif in the dinette that makes into a double bed, twin beds with memory foam mattresses, American Walnut wood, and a bathroom that would rival a much larger coach. This is a great lightweight trailer that is ½ ton truck towable and makes a wonderful space for touring and exploring.
There is only one thing it could use. During restoration the window on the curbside could not be located. Seems every window we found was a little short. The window was sealed with aluminum and all the hardware left in tact so that if a window is found it could be reinstalled.
This trailer is easily towable with a 1/2-ton truck or SUV @ 4500lbs and 500lbs tongue weight. Also have an Anderson weight distribution hitch that is negotiable.
