Is there anything still available in the park? I know I haven't said anything yet, but have been waiting on the date my partner is "for sure" getting out of the Army this summer. Turns out it isn't until July.
If there is still space available (cancellation, etc), I'd like to try to come. I'll just go visit him at Ft Hood either before or after the rally.

Yes ask for site 65 or any other open spot. You may be close to the group if you ask them for the best spot.

T Shirts a ready to order! Karen J did a fabulous job on the design, it's nice to have our own Artist in the group (her artwork is amazing)! The color is lighter than the picture, a very light grey.
This year we will be using PayPal to collect for the shirts

Woot Woot! We received some very good news from Catherine's Landing! We will have the pontoon boat all day Saturday for....FREE! All we have to do is pay for the gas we use, there will be a sign up on FB for two hour intervals and it will only cost $2 per person  The boat sign up and times will be posted a couple days before the rally.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in June!

Awesome to see that the campground appreciates the rally being there so much that they not only discount the sites, but now comp the boat, too!

Opt-in text message updates for our rally!
This is all starting to feel real now. No other fun events on my calendar between now and then. (but lots of chores and prep!)
I've set up a text-message update group for us so that Brad and Lynn can send updates to everyone that get delivered immediately. The system doesn't cost anything (unless you pay per-message for your texts... if so get in touch with me, I can get it to email you instead but that's not as immediate). They promise that it won't send you any messages other than the ones sent by us for the rally.
To subscribe to text message updates, text the word hotsprings to 84483. It'll send you a welcome message with instructions on how to unsubscribe if you decide you don't like the updates.

Does anyone want 68? It has a view of the Airstream and lake sites but gets direct sun from the West. Cool site though.

I already called Catherine's Landing and canceled. We have the Around the world" Overlanders axles to put on, the interior is nearly finished installing, fetched the awning yesterday, took our vintage tow vehicle for trailer to shop for maintenance and repairs, due out Friday. Vintage tow vehicle gets trailer brake controller on Monday. Trailer curtains finished off next week. Getting "SAG" vehicle serviced to follow Around the world Overlander and vintage tow vehicle to Durango and New Mexico by 18th. Couldn't get all this ready before leaving for Hot Sprinfs. The cold rainy weather put a halt to a lot of plans. Can't blame us for not wanting to put new trailer axles on laying in the mud. Have fun
