Hitch height
Can someone give me the hitch height for a 2015 Classic? Ours has just been delivered and I need to get set up with a new TV and the 16" wheels.

The dealer is your best source
Use the front jack to adjust the front and the rear of the trailer frame equal distances from a flat parking surface.
When the frame is equidistant, measure the top of the coupler. That is the coupler height.
Realize when you load the trailer it will change slightly downward.
The hitch ball height should be 1/2" to 1" higher than the coupler height, to allow for some tow vehicle squat.
I would target >19" as a preliminary ball height when not loaded, then do the final adjust once you get hooked up.

Understood, but I have not taken delivery and want to be set up when I pick it up. I have a lifted truck and will need a drop hitch.

I've never been about to set one and not have to go back and adjust, sort of trial and error. However, depending on the stiffness of your truck's suspension, I would start at 19-20" to the top of the ball.

The hitch height should be listed in the manual, which is available from Airstream online free. If the 2015 is not there, use the 2014 ore 2013, they should be the same for your rig on order.

From our 2012 manual. But there is constant tweaking involved in a hitch assembly.

Alan and Steve's remarks are both valid.
The chances of getting it right the first time are not great.
Follow their advice, you'll be in the ballpark, and then be prepared to do final adjustments. It's not difficult to do it yourself with the proper tools.
Most important. If it's not precise when you take delivery, do that final adjustment. You'll be happy you did.
Good luck!

All the input on set it up when you pick it up are spot on. I would suggest you and the dealer personnel set it up when you get it. You can do some preliminary work on height but it's not going to be right on. If I recall the hitch height should be just right at 18", higher if measuring to the top of the ball, say 19.5"

Lowered my hitch about 2", it's adjustable but I want to get exact and change out to a class 5 drop hitch. I am not using a WD and tows well. I added air bags to my Ram 3500 Cummins, a little bit of over kill..
