We bought 27FC FB in Sep The dealer said it was a 2015 1/2. We have taken 2- 1 week trips, the trailer is stored under cover. After the last trip I noticed a spongy area on the floor in front of bathroom wall and along side the bed to wall forward to nightstand. It has squeaky sound when stepped on. This is not my side of the bed so I don't when it occurred. Have an appointment with dealer mid Nov. What do you think and how significant is the repair? We have a two month trip planned to Arizona in mid Dec.

How significant? No one will know until they get into it. My first reaction is to go on your trip this December. If a substantial repair is in the works they should work it around your schedule.
