Need picture of 26u

I think my new AS is missing a/c temp sensor in Zone 2 (bedroom). If you either own or have access to a 26u and can take a picture of sensor and post it, I would sure appreciate it. I am told that it is located on wall near TV.

Sorry, can't help you... Only one AC and no sensor in our 26U.

After 1 trip to the dealer and several calls to AS, I was finally told that the missing sensor is supposed to be under the curb side overhead storage. Taking trailer back to dealer next week for second attempt at fixing this problem.

It has been back at the dealer for a week and a half for the repair. First, they had to get plans/drawings from AS showing where the sensor is "supposed to be". Then they had to order a sensor which was supposed to arrive yesterday. I have not heard anything. The latest story I get from AS is that the sensor is to be mounted on the underside of the overhead storage in the bedroom on the curb side. It is the same sensor used on all the current AS models. White, about the size of a silver dollar with slots cut in it. The actual sensor is mounted behind the white grill.

It's finally fixed

The mystery sensor has been installed. The only complaint I have is that the tech walked on one of the beds and left boot prints on the sheet. Oh well, we were going to wash them anyway. I tried to rotate photo and no matter what I did, this is what I got. This is on the curb end of the rear overhead in the bedroom.

Just check the inside temp with the a/c or heat on and make sure both readings are reasonable close to the same. I set my a/c to 75 deg and ran until both units shut off. Inside temps were reading the same front and rear. Before the repair, the front would read 75 and the rear could read anything and the rear air would never shut off. I can't believe that they would forget two of them! Well, maybe I can.....

I finally went to the factory. Asked about my second sensor. Turns out the same as yours.

Instlalled somewhere between outer and inner skin.

They found the lead, cut and replaced harness and sensor.

Placed it in aft bedroom .

Where is the sensor for zone 1 and what does it look like? I have a 2016 FC FB and I think I am missing a sensor also.

The sensor for Zone 1 in the CCC units is integral with the thermostat. At least it is in my '15 Classic. Zone 2 is the remote sensor noted above, and is in the same room with the 2d A/C.
