So we joined a while ago so we could learn as much as we could. Well we did. We pulled the trigger on a 1969 23' Safari which will be arriving 12/29. What I'm seeking is someone with some experience to come by our home and give us a tutorial on the basics. I will pay for your time and feed you as well as offer you beer, wine, whisky, etc...... I just need some help getting my feet wet. We plan on semi-gutting the interior and updating. We live in Lazybrook which borders the Heights to the west. Thank you for your consideration.
You will be tutored but likely so much info so youre feeling overwhelmed. So I suggest:
Get and keep your owners manual handy.
Especially look at checklists for hooking up, setting up camp and winterizing and spring de-winterizing, how to dump your tanks and refill the fresh water tank.
subscribe to websites about RVing. Soon you will find so many places you can go to online for assistance, reminders, tips and tricks.
