Danielle and I are planning to attend the TCT Winter Annual Convention (aka rally) in Brooksville, FL. Looks like it's going to be a great time. I think there will be nearly 100 RVs. We'll post some pictures on this thread when we return from the rally to whet your appetite for cool RVs.

sounds great. I was going to do that one but work got in the way for that date.
I am going to the Chewacla Rally in Auburn Alabama April 8 weekend. Should be fun and not too far from ATL
I'm hoping to start polishing mine soon. It's a dream of mine to have it polished one day. It's going to be a big job but I am going to do it myself! Husband gets to tackle the technical stuff. I get cosmetic.

If you are polishing a Sovereign --yes its a big job. If yo just strip the clearcoat off, it will look shinier and then a light polish may make you happy. The mirror shines are a LOT or work and continued maintenance. Here are photos of my 78 Sov. when I got it, and after a light shine and restripe.
as to the gift swap-- you bring something....almost anything works,, wine, crafts, rv stuff, whatever. You hand it to my wife Shannon and she puts it in a pile. You put your name on a ticket. After dinner, we have kids pull the tickets from a bag and you get the gift that is pulled randomly from the pile.
We ask you to tell u what you got.
Its fun and the cost should be what you are comfortable with.
We have had some interesting things, and some funny ones over the years.
It is not a mandatory event by any means.

Love Chewacla campground but keep missing the rally due to other trips...one day. Enjoy!

Alan that looks awesome! That's pretty much what we plan on doing is just stripping and a light polish. I worry about super shiny polish causing accidents or something if the sun hits it just right blah blah blah. I worry to much!
Gift swap sounds awesome! I can't wait!! Is it April yet?
