My 1968 International 31foot airstream has steel six lug wheels with chrysler hub caps, was this a possobility or did someone along the way change out the hub caps?

It probably had what is commonly called "baby moon" hubcaps originally, and the Chryslers just happened to also fit.

A PO put on whatever he could easily find, they are not original. I have '51 Chevy moons on mine. Looks beter than bare wheels to me.

Likely a PO change as many hub caps, or wheel covers are interchangeable with the 15" wheels. Ours came with Ford sedan covers. They're less than inspiring.
