WTB - Reese 550 Dual Cam

After reading the threads on hitches, I guess I need a Reese with 550# bars. Anyone happen to have an extra one laying around?

Thanks
Earl

I may have one that fits the bill - not sure of the bar weight, but I know they are not the heavy-duty ones.

I'll take a look tonight. You're not that far away, either.

If you cant find one, and dont want to buy it new, I reccomend trying the rv stores. I find then used at a few near me. It is good to have a spare everything when it comes to your hitch, especially if you are towing with a light or a small vehicle

You can ussually pick up bars for around $45.00. just call the service dept.

Yeah, try your local Camping World. CW has bought up defunct RV stores, and sends the stock to nearby stores for disposal. I saw several Dual Cam sets at the Minnesota store today at great prices.

Didn't see any bars though.

markdoane, Where is your CW store located? I'll give them a call.

Minnesota.

The dual cam sets were the U-bolt style, a couple of different sizes. I'm sure you could get shorter U bolts.

Make sure they know you want the ones in the clearance aisle.
