1953 Chevy

I'm thinking of fixing this up to tow a Bambi, what do you think?

Heck, you could haul the Bambi on this thing and save wear and tear on the Bambi's running gear. The ad wasn't quite clear. Are the Cummins diesel and tranny already installed or just comes with truck? Either way, I like it.

Some guys have all the luck.

Are you considering shorting the chassis or putting something on the bed?

The truck is way cool. A friend of mine had one. As with most old trucks it would be a stiff and not too comfortable ride. You should give some thought to hitching the truck to the Bambi and transfer of road shock. You never said, vintage Bambi?

I was just kidding about pulling a Bambi with it. It would be pretty cool restored though. Someone get it!

There's a family in OR that used a COE ford and put it on a newer Ford dually 1 ton chassis, that thing was so cool! I don't think it's an "easy" conversion though... (I believe it was member "Van"'s father who did it).
