1) For the musty mouse smell, try putting an ozone machine inside your Airstream for a few days.

2) Mice like to chew on wiring. I've seen this in cars that haven't been driven for extended periods (on the order of weeks to months) I would be more worried about the wiring than the musty mouse smell.

I'm going to try and mopping the plywood with a concentrated bleach/water mix to see how much it helps.

Also... don't forget.. if your plumbing is dry, there may be some stink coming out of there, too..

Oooo. Good thought. It is dry. I am going to flush the whole system and see if that helps too!

To remove musty smell place aluminum pie plates with dry coffee in them. The coffee will smell a lot better then what you are smelling now. The more the better.

Well last night I mopped all the floors with concentrated bleach water. About 90% improvement!

Try peppermint oil on cotton balls. It will cover up just about any nasty smells. Careful do not over do it or you will gas yourself. Learned from actual over dosing experience.

Not trying to cover up. Trying to eliminate.

Oh the glory of bleach and water!

It used to take me days to pressure wash the green mold and dirt off the house. Last year a bought a chemical injector (for bleach) and it only too me 3 hours, and 5 gals of bleach. I could not believe how well it worked!
