Winterizing pump siphon on 2013 27FB?

I haven't picked up my new 2013 27FB from the dealer yet - not till mid March, but am curious if it comes with the winterizing kit that has the siphon hose bypass off of the pump. Or is the expectation that you just blow the waterlines out with high pressure air?

In Wyoming, you need to do the full winterizing. We get by with blowing lines down here, but don't get anywhere near as cold as you do.

I don't believe that it comes with the winterizing kit, but it's only 14 bucks.
