Question Newbie Using Sealant
Recent rains revealed a leak which seems to be coming from the crack between wall and floor under the table.
(We have just bare wood right now, having removed the old carpet.)
So does this mean it is likely from an outside seam? Any advice?
I'm planning to use sealant this week, I hope.
Will the roof safely support a 250 lb human?
Any advice, other than, "don't fall off"?
