Tools and such needed: spring loaded center punch, 5/32 Titanium drill bit, Rivet gun, 100+ small olympic rivets, Dremel Tool with: metal cutting blade, flap wheel sander, and drum sanding attachments. 1/4 inch chisel and wood shims, hammer( I used a dead blow hammer), 4 or 5 nails, Sikaflex - 221 or Vulkem sealant, ProflexRV sealant. To remove the old window I used a chisel and hammer to knock the rivet heads off. Next a nail set was used to bump the rivet out or they had to be drilled out with a 5/32 bit. I used a chisel to help insert wood shims starting at a corner until the sash peeled off. I had to remove the new window from the old skin using a center punch and a 5/32 in bit. I cleaned up both trailer frame and window sash with the flap sander. 00 coarse steel wool was also used to clean those surfaces followed by mineral spirits. Next I positioned the Window on the trailer as flush as possible and where no trailer holes were showing. I drilled guide holes at the 4 corners and inserted nails to hold the window inplace. I used painters tape and taped around the RV next to the window edge. I removed the window but left the nails. I put down appox 1/2 inch bead of ProFlex RV inside the taped area. Carefully insert the window back on the nail guides and press to the RV. Next start at the middle top corner and remove the nail and insert and install an olympic rivet. Do the same for the middle bottom nail. Drill and install rivets every other hole starting from middle top to middle bottom. Then do the same working from inside to out drilling and inserting rivets. Install 3 rivets on the top then 3 on the bottom until you finally meet in the middle at the very outside of the window. Then drill all the remaining holes and install rivets. Let dry overnight and remove tape. Use the dremel metal cutting wheel to cut all olympic rivet points off and the sanding drum to finish smoothing the rivet head. You can rent a rivet shaver from "Out of doors mart". Last tape up the top of the window to apply vulkem or sikaflex 221. You are done.. I included a finished R &R of Mark D's window and his procedure was simular to mine.
