Question Around the window-Rubber question

Airstream owners.
I have a 1994 Airstream land Yacht which Andy is going to get me a new window for.
Second question.
The exterior rubber around SOME of my windows appears to be shrinking or?. Do these need to be replaced at times? Do you just caulk them?
Can you do it yourself if you must remove the window and replace the rubber?
Any advice and if a dealer replaces the "rubber only", what is the approx. cost?
Thanks
Mike Moore

Mike.

You can do it yourself, as thousands of others have.

14 years for window gaskets, without annual doses of silicone spray, is about the limit.

Replacing all of them, including the door, takes a good day, and about a six pack, or so.

Instructions come with our gaskets.

Andy
