I know this got some attention last year - http://www.airforums.com/forums/f452...may-39912.html

Our search function doesn't accept three letter words for searches. Go a bit lower on the search tab and enter the following into the Google Search line: ham site:www.airforums.com

That will use Google to give you threads at AIR where ham radio has been mentioned (and maybe a few porcine posts too ).

I'm going to give it a shot next year. Just retired from a career sailing as shipboard sparks. Putting my first shore side shack together now in my new (74) International. Have all the pieces and parts. Just need a week or so of good weather to put it all together. My wife insisted on the shack going into an airstreem.. who was I to argo.. She had two good reasons.. get the shack away from the house (she hates CW) and we could use it as an RV should the ocasion arise.. I'm looking forward to going to ham events in the rig.

Moe, (AB8XA) and his wife Barb, (W8FCJ), will be driving the courtesy golf carts again this year. PM me for time we'll be there. I drove some folks from an Airstream last year.

We typically have a half dozen six seaters running around the complex at any given time, and some truck bed golf carts running throughout the flea market. Wave any one of us down. Without you, we couldn't hold Hamvention!

Excellent! Is there a way we can maintain a list of who's going?

I've heard a lot about the Dayton fest and would like to get out there someday.

If anyone is planning to go to NEAR-Fest in Deerfield, N.H. let me know. They would like to see more Airstreamers there this year: The New England Amateur Radio Festival - NEAR-Fest

We were planning on being there, but got redirected to Philly for our niece's graduation on that Saturday, so guess it's going to have to be next year.
