Keurig used to make a reusable device that let you let you use the Keurig coffer maker with your own ground, bulk coffee. Don't know what it is called, but a picture of mine is below.

Okay, okay.....maybe it's not JUST all about me. You've allowed me to rethink making coffee off the grid. We'll bring our French press and enjoy the process.

And now I can get by with 600w inverter, so money saved there. Win win.

Happy trails,

Mike

I refer to it as the "gimmick for making tea"....that's all we use it for.

Actually, as a point of fact, last time I tried to brew something in the Keurig, it totally failed to pump any water.

So now I have a potential big pile of electronic and plastic scrap I need to dispose of. It's been a disappointment from day one, in that Hot Chocolate, tea, or other pods all taste too much like coffee once you brew coffee in the darn things.

Good thing my DW is perfectly happy with instant if she really needs coffee on a trip. The Keurig setup never went on camping trips anyway...

Yay! Win, win, win! Good for you, glad to have helped you save a ton of money you didn't need to spend anyway.

Oh I don't know, but I am a bonified dyed in the wool bean head about 5.00AM and especially for "Camping" there is a lot to be said for a good old fashioned 1797 technology stovetop percolator in your choice of styles and sizes and throw the calculator away. And it tastes good and smells wonderful too.

We enjoy using the Gourmia manual single serve K cup coffeemaker when in the Airstream. Just heat up some water on the stove. I don’t use K cups at home but it is simple when on the road.

Nope, nope, nope. Coffee in K-cups isn’t very good anyway, and those millions of dang plastic cups going into landfills are the devil’s work.

Converter

I have one possibly if the buyer backs out. I’m not 100% sure if it’s the converter or inverter, but we upgraded our 25FC to a smart converter and AGM batteries, so we took the stock one out.

PM me if this sounds like what you need.
