Original batteries toast need bigger battery box

My original batteries on my 2015 25'FC are toast...I want to upgrade to the 6 volt golf cart batteries which require a bigger box than the original ones. Anyone have thoughts on what to do? Are the golf cart the next logical step up for more amperage? Want to do some serious boon docking so need the power. Have a portable 120 watt Zamp portable solar panel that works great...with good batteries.

Toast? Those 2015 interstates should still be under warranty. I would contact the dealer for possible warranty replacement or some adjustment. You sure the system is charging properly? If you do go with 6 volt batteries you may need a different charging system than the one in the trailers converter.

Thanks all.. I had them checked out by the Interstate dealer and they are going to replace them. It seemed prudent to upgrade and they are willing to let me do that and deduct the cost of the original batteries. Learning about inverters, converters and what I need to do. There is lots of good previous information that I am wading through. Great information on this forum!
