Charger/Converter wiring question

My 1974 Airstream had a 3240 Magnatek Charger/Converter in it. I wanted to upgrade and was advised by my local RV store to purchase an Intelli-Power 9200. The new unit does not have a DC distribution panel.

I thought I would try to use the DC distribution circuit card out of my original unit. I attached a picture of the card.

This circuit card has two positive inputs:
1. a 10 AWG blue wire going to 6 fused terminals on the left side (unfiltered DC) and
2. a terminal block for the + battery cable that goes to 3 fused terminals on the right side (filtered DC).
The two are not connected to each other on the circuit card.

Can I simply join the blue wire to the positive terminal block for the + battery cable (thus, joining all fused terminals together) prior to attaching to the new charger/converter?
