Battery percentage
This is a new 2015 FC 28 with standard AS OEM 2 12 volt Intestate batteries. My question is what reading should the battery monitor show at full charge? I just checked and it read 12.7. Is that normal?

12.7 sounds perfectly normal.

One caveat - the measurement should be made when the batteries are "at rest" i.e. some time after charging is complete. While charging they will read over 13.
