Replace overhead light?

I can pull the whole fixture (which is round) down out of ceiling. Has springs. How far out can I pull it to be able to replace the bulb. Don't want to brake anything.,

Hi Bill. If I recall, does bulb access require counterclockwise rotation of the inner bezel just a fraction of a quarter turn?

Anyone?

Are these the round halogen lights? If so, all you have to do is pop the inner bezel off, and it and the lens will come out. You can replace the bulb, and pop the bezel and lens back in place.

Take a small "eyeglass type" screwdriver and there is a small notch to pop it out. It's pretty easy.
