Replacement shower faucet Airstream tradewind 1959 model

I bought an beatifull airstream tradewind and I would like to replace the original faucets because are not working. Somebody knows where I can find the same design or similar? ...i would really like to repair and use the original ones but we have problems to using it. The most important thing is to find the same shower faucet, it is compoused of two important pieces, the top one its used to place the shower house and fix the fiberglass pieces of the sink too.
I would really apreciate your help.
Thanks!

I actually found a nearly identical replacement. It is from a laundry sink with a handspray. It was not cheap, but darn near looks the same with the little pull up to make the shower work. I used it on my 1961 and took just minutes to replace. I will take pics when I go to the trailer tomorrow. I purchased it from Economy Plumbing in Indianapolis. They will ship if you want.

Here are pics of the bathroom faucet. No modifications needed. Fit in the holes drilled for the old faucet in the cabinet. I did reface the cabinet as hated the stained vinyl. The faucet is heavily built and works great. I wish it extended perhaps another half an inch so water fully falls into the tub instead of hitting the side, but minor complaint. I think it was about $80. I could not use my old one as the gaskets and packing were shot, could not find new gaskets and would have to hand pack the valves. All that guaranteed is that they would leak again really soon. Really happy with this one.
