Want a new water pump, looking for quiet

All--

As I continue to dig through the 33 years of jury rigging of the POs... I decided I want a new water pump. I could be the fact that I found 3 feet of good old green garden hose hacked up as input to the pump... but I really just want to have a nice quiet pump.

Any recommendations? I plan on using a accumalator to reduce the duty cycle the pump... and ditchin' the garden hose.

Jabsco pumps replaces the original Peters and Russel pumps. They are quiet but expensive, but they last 20 to 30 years hands down, even before they need a rebuild kit.

Shurflo pumps are cheap and noisy. Rebuilding them is sort of not heard of since new units are cheap.
