Tepid water, lots of air bubbles

You have have received a lot of good advice. All I have ever had to do with any brand is to leave a a hot faucet running a couple minutes until the sputtering stops, then turn on the water heater. It will take 30 minutes or more for shower hot water.

The water heater on your trailer is equipped with an over-temp sensor. If the tank is over heating for any reason the burner will shut down.

Here are the numbers...started stone cold

15min....84*

30min....115*

45min....138* burner shut down

My take....leave it on till the burner cycles off. And take a HOT shower!!

Thank you, all. One of the things confusing me is that last summer, as a new trailer, we could actuate the water heater and have what seemed like almost instantly hot water. As I am not seeing the same thing now, I have felt that something is wrong. I will let in run longer in the AM, and hope for better results.

MORE air purged this morning (egads, how much air can a little trailer water heater hold?). I let the burner go for longer this morning, and I now have hot water. I doesn't seem like it should be this hard....
