I have a 18' Globtrotter and can't find a sewer connector that will fit. My connector is aluminum and has a large gasket. I want a regular banet connector where I can connect a regular sewer hose. Coming out of the trailer inside measures 2 3/4" and outside measures 3 1/4". Inland RV sent me a Thedford which is too big. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
A picture would be helpful. Most equipment of that era used Thetford fittings as far as I know. How is this aluminum device fastened to the sewer pipe?

If you have the cast connection for the old Thetford valve ,simply use a Fernco connector and a couple of hose clamps to attach a new sewer fitting of your choice to the the old connection. Not pretty but works like a charm.
I had the exact same issue/solution on my 64 Bambi ll. My buddy just purchased a 64 Overlander and has the same problem but does NOT have the original aluminum connector. Anybody have one for sale?
