Leak or overflow

When my waste tank shows "4-4" at the control panel, I develop a "leak" Under the trailer floor and water runs out the bellypan seam.

I cant see any leaks in the rear compartment intake or drain lines. I'm assuming the leak is coming from a crack in the top of the tank or is this some kind of "overflow" when the tank gets close to being full? According to the control panel, I have one more "light" to go before its full, unless im reading it wrong....

When we replaced the carpet & vinyl I pulled the toilet and didnt see any leaks in the tank area.

I'm guessing overflow. The meter isn't that accurate. Even if you have more room according to the meter, you may be at/over capacity by that point.
