1959 Flying Cloud Black Tank

I need to replace my tank on the toilet. Everything works, just the tank is split. Can I get one to replace it or do I need to replace everything? The toilet is the original and in excellant condition. Dionna

Take the tank to a marine repair shop and have them grind out the split and repair it with new fiberglass?

You can also get a custom replacement from All-Rite.com. They made my fresh water tank to my exact specifications and it fit just like a glove. They're in CA somewhere and if you're not far from them, you could take the tank to them to have them duplicate it, minus the split of course.

Best of luck with your tank. Love your trailer, the '59's are the bomb.

Most of the time, I would have to agree...BUT not with a black tank. Get a new one - it's hidden and it's gotta work > not leak. I'd be afraid a patch would soon be leaking again...

Keep the toilet if it's working and can be salvaged w/o damaging it ~
